You have the skill, the loyal clients, and 98 reviews across Yelp and BestProsInTown. The website and the booking system are the only pieces that have not caught up. We already built the website for you. This proposal is about taking it live and putting the right systems behind it.

Where Things Stand Today

An honest look at the current setup.

Your current site was built by hand and it served its purpose. These are the gaps that cost you revenue every week.

The "Book Online" button is broken

On the current site it links to a dead anchor. Every client who taps it to book ends up nowhere, and you never know it happened.

Booking is phone-only

When a client decides at 10pm that she wants a fill this week, she cannot book. She might call tomorrow, or she might not. That missed moment is a missed appointment.

No deposits, no no-show protection

A clear note on fees. These are Anneal's fees. The GlossGenius subscription and its 2.6 percent processing, the loyalty tool if used (about $49 a month), and any SMS overages are billed to you directly by those tools.
